Shipping policy

All orders within the UK, of under £60.00 pay a £3.50 shipping charge,  unless they contain 'heavyweight or bulky items which cost more to ship. In which case the system will add a 'heavyweight charge'. In the case of small lightweight items the system will charge a reduced price of £1.80. In the case of a mixed shipment of standard and  heavyweight or light weight items, the system adds these charges together. Unfortunately there is no way to stop the system adding  these charges, so if  you feel you have been unfairly charged, do get in touch and we will refund you the excess. .

Orders within the UK, £60.00 and over will get free shipping by standard services chosen at our discretion unless they contain a heavyweight item, in which case th heavyweight fee will be added. .

Orders from outside the UK attract varying  shipping charges which will be revealed on the checkout page. After  July 1st 2021, Please note that your country's customs department  will charge VAT and duty and a clearance fee on your parcel.  This will vary depending on value of goods and  customs tariff codes for each item. All prices  on our website are displayed including VAT (where vat is chargeable) so we will refund you the VAT portion of your order manually. This will mean that  you will only pay VAT once in your own country.

Shipping charges are not refunded in the case of returns, unless the item is deemed faulty. 

Most orders are shipped withing 1-2 working daysunless our offices are closed for Holidays- in which case you should have seen a popup on our home page.
